Gyprock EC08 Complete was selected by boutique architecture and design practice, Danette Architecture, as the internal lining solution for the recent Cochlear Education Centre (CEC) fit-out at the Australian Hearing Hub, Macquarie University. Danette Architecture was commissioned to coordinate the design of the new Cadaver and Research Laboratory for Cochlear, which is one of the world's leading hearing implant equipment companies.

Special consideration must be given for acoustic requirements and the crucial element for a laboratory design is to make sure there is no opportunity for moisture or mould to grow in the walls,” he continues.
