Gyprock Aged Care Solutions

Aged Care Solutions

The Building Code of Australia (BCA) allows that an aged care building may be classified as Class 9c. The buildings are for the residential accommodation of aged people who require care and have 24 hour staff assistance in case of emergency evacuations (Class 3 residential aged care buildings have similar requirements but may not have 24 hour staff).

Gyprock provides tested wall and ceiling systems that assist in achieving code compliance as well as providing high levels of performance for functional construction requirements in aged care facilities.
