Gyprock Jointmaster is a pre-mixed heavyweight topping compound developed to provide the perfect finish coat in a three coat plasterboard jointing system.

Product Overview

Jointmaster is a heavyweight topping compound used as the final coat in a three coat jointing system. It is formulated to provide a smooth even finish with machine sanding, and excellent paintability. This low-VOC compound is available in a convenient premixed form for easy application and is ready for sanding and painting approximately 24 hours later.

Typical Applications

Gyprock Jointmaster is typically used as a top coat in a three coat jointing system in residential and commercial walls and ceilings. While it can be hand applied, it flows smoothly through a finishing box.

Product Manufacture

Gyprock Jointmaster is manufactured by CSR Gyprock in Australia to stringent product specifications.

Product Handling

Transportation and manual handling: Refer to the Gypsum Board Manufacturers of Australia (GBMA) website for recommended OH&S practices.

Storage: Store buckets of compound in a dry environment out of direct sunlight. Remove lid and stir prior to use. Unused product should be stored by resealing the original bucket. Remix prior to use. Discard if drying has commenced.
